Hmm - you cash AKQ hearts, a couple more hearts, but no useful information regarding points.

 

Added:

East showed up with Jxx of hearts, pitching a club and spade after 5 rounds of hearts. West pitching two spades and a club + 2 hearts.

 

Now what??

Any useful distributional information? Who had 3 hearts? Who pitched what? Was the little diamond the smallest available? Do they bid 1NT with 5 card majors?

 

I'd finnesse not knowing anything more than what you gave me.
