inquiry
I would pass, and it is not even close.
Codo
We are white vs red but no, just pass. No big fit, no values, no shape, no bid.

whereagles
Depends on how pard is. If he usually has solid suits, 5♣. If he bids on any excuse (like me!), pass.
Edmunte1
Pass, even if the preempt works, it would be -500 instead of -620, not worth it considering it can be easy -1100
mcphee
Bidding strickes me as drug induced. If the minor hand is so great we have a save or potential game they will bid again.
ArtK78
If I did not already see a vote for bidding, I would have predicted that this would be unanimous. Pass. If you should be bidding, then partner can bid 4NT or 5 of a minor himself. I would pass at matchpoints also, but bidding at matchpoints has more going for it - there is a chance that it could be right. At IMPs, even if you do only go for 500 against a making 620, you only gain 3 IMPs.
mr1303
You might look at the vulnerability and be tempted, but when I am tempted, I usually find out that partner had already looked at the vulnerability and been tempted himself. And sadly for us he gave way to temptation and bid an appalling 2NT.
skjaeran
If partner has bid 2NT on a hand like I've seen many overcall repeatedly we're -1100 in 5♦. If partner is more sane we might have a good save. But I'm more concerned that bidding here might help opener evaluate his slam potential. So I'll go with the majority and pass. ClaceyJ
I have an easy pass, if p has a collossal minor hand he will bid again, bidding at this time is off the planet Jc
