? Tourneys' names - Date and Time

I would like to understand the relation between a tourney file name in

http://bbo.bridgebase.com:81/tourneyresults/

and the date and hour in

http://www.bridgebase.com/myhands/

 

Here is an example :

tourney file name : Fri_02_05_GMT_Pairs_Matchpoint....

The hands corresponding to that tourney have :

date : 2004-02-12

hour : first hand about 20:10

last hand about 22:02

so : Friday, 13th at 02:05 GMT as tourney's name

and Thursday, 12th at 22:02 as last hand hour (or Thursday, 12th 20:10 as first hand hour).

 

I can't understand clearly the relation between a tourney file name and the date and time in \myhands. It is more difficult for me to retreive hands.

 

Please, as it seems too difficult to put both sites with GMT hour, give me a clue to retreive more easily a hand when I know a tourney file name. What is GMT time of a 22:02 played hand ? What is myhands time of a 02:05 GMT tourney file name ?
