Maybe it is supposed to be in +110 our way?I think in a weak field you can double for free here, if they make game with 20hcp you have a 0 anyway, but the difference between +100 and +300 may be big. Arend this may surprise you but sometimes partner will open in this position with less than 10 points, and this seems to be one of those times. Not to mention if they have 20 points, RHO has Xed and bid 3D very lightly and must have very long diamonds to do something like that. edit: I guess before I get too snide I should ask, did partner actually open in 4th as indicated here: Partner opens 1H (10-14) in 4th. or did he open in third as indicated here: p-p-1♥-X2♣-2♠-p-3♦p-3NT-p-p?
