A diamond lead is only right if he has length in diamonds and/or significant honor strength (KJ, AJ, A with length, JT). This is a close call, but at matchpoints, I think the ♥Q is the right lead. If partner has any heart holding better than 5 to the 10 this should be the best lead unless his diamond holding is strong.
