I raise now, there are many very minimal hands for partner that are golden for slam, especially if his major is hearts (I assume this promises a 4 card major?) If pard now skips 3NT, he should have a singleton spade and we're on to one of those magical "Axx vs x" fitting shortness slams. Would bid a direct 4♦ with the club ace instead of KJ. I prefer to show values below 3NT and want better than Kx. Really I have no problem with 3♥ either, so long as the people who bid it aren't planning on passing 3NT.
