kfay
There has been so much speculation as to whether or not Al Gore should run for president in the 2008 election and whether or not he could stop either the Clinton or the Obama political machines and actually produce a winning campaign. Following today's awarding of the Nobel Peace prize and all the ink he has been receiving this year in general basically free of charge, does anyone think that he could win in 2008? I'm pretty sure that I'd vote for him. Does anyone think that he is even thinking about running even though he has numerously stated otherwise? Mbodell
I don't think he is thinking of running, although I heard some speculate that he may have known the Nobel was possible if he didn't run and may have been holding up until post-Nobel to make the decision. If he ran I don't think his chances of winning the nomination would be that great (probably no greater than 25%). If he won the Democratic nomination, I'm pretty sure he'd (again) win the national election.
Elianna
I think that he's too busy figuring out how to win a Tony
