If that is anyone's preferred situation I don't know, but they will finish with an hour or more on the clock. After 2 boards Italy 16 - SA 0 (other Italy table managed 5, slowest Dutch table 4, fastest 8 boards) Board 22 SA plays 5♣XX -2 after going for 800 on first board. On the other hand, Brazil playeduntil the bitter end the 2000 BB final although they were losing bytriple digits.
