If the spade jack is covered I play hearts from hand (queen), planning to use my one entry to dummy to take a second spade finesse later. The quick lead suggests a singleton. Enter dummy and finesse East for the heart J. Hopefully he goes up with the A or K and gives his pard a ruff with the other top honor (A or K). Then your Q takes teh remaining Jack.
