Easy decision. Partner will often pass... if he bids, he'll have a long suit (with a 2-suiter, he bids 4N) and we either have a shot at making or it may be a good save (especially if his suit is ♦s). (Has anyone heard where the first double is takeout, but suddenly the second double is penalty? The second double is just a better takeout.)
