pbleighton
I recently had a problem with a new laptop (Dell). After a week, problems developed, which were traced back to corrupted Bluetooth drivers. Are Bluetooth drivers installed as part of BBO software? Might the original drivers have been overwritten. My other laptop and home PC haven't had any issues. Peter
Trumpace
I don't think so. If BBO installed BlueTooth drivers, I would be really really surprised. Almost as surprised as if I had won the lottery. Do you have automatic updates turned on? Maybe your hard drive is corrupt. Are you just trying to have fun by asking this question? :P
pbleighton
Are you just trying to have fun by asking this question? Anything but fun, believe me. I'm on my second Dell, I'm picking it up tomorrow, I've brought them back to the shop 6 times. The culprit is probably the huge amount of software my company puts on the drives. uday
BBO does not install any such thing, promise. All that BBO touches during installation is the stuff inside c:\bridge base online\ (or wherever) and a couple of registry keys that have meaning for BBO alone, and a couple of registry keys that tell windows what to do when a LIN file is opened (ie, to associate BBO with those files)
