Fluffy
1: depends on your agreement, I don't think 5♣ created a forcing pass so I would double. If this vulnerability makes the pass forcing then 5♥. 2: 4♦ (What is 1♦?) 3: 3♠, would pass 3NT

skjaeran
1) X.2) P.3) 3S (as a slam try, pulling 3N/4S). 1) Agree. I've made my move already by bidding 5♣. When partner doesn't bid at the 5-level, I double. Partner's pass is forcing IMO, if he takes out my double I'll bid 6♠.2) Agree.3) Agree. Fluffy
Ugh, 4♦ was an overbid then, I'd better pass :)

han
On 1 I bid 5H and partner bid 6S on KQxxx 10xxx xx xx. LHO had something like - KQJxx QJ10xxx KJ and lead a heart. I played two rounds of clubs and LHO came back with another heart. At this point the hand is cold but if LHO plays a diamond at any point you can't make it. 5DX goes -1, you take 3 aces. I couldn't pass hand 2. I considered double and 4D but settled on 4C. Doubling with a singleton heart is ugly, 4D is quite an overbid, the suit is not nearly good enough for 4C and 3NT is quite a position. So maybe a heavy pass is right. Partner has xx AQJxx QJ9xx x and we got to 5D+1 after smelling at slam. I imagine that partner passes if you do and you should easily set 3S. The third one I bid 3S. This is not a call I have made before and I really wasn't sure if it was right. But I thought I would be able to get us to the right spot over everything that partner bids: 4C over 3NT, pass 4C, 4S over 4D, pass 4H, and 5C over 4S. Partner jumped to 5C holding - KJ10xxx xx AQxxx, but you can shoot him for that in another thread. These are not auctions we have ever discussed so hopefully we come out stronger.
