Guest Jlall
I'd X but 3N could certainly be the winner.
han
Yes, 3NT could be the winner but I'm sure I'd double.
hatchett
As above
whereagles
3NT. Bob Hamman's rule: "if 3NT is an option.. DO IT"
Fluffy
I'd 3NT, but double could certainly be the winner
Gerben42
Err... This hand is different from the other one in that they can't run ♥ without losing the lead. I go for it. 3NT.
Halo
I voted for double. I can give partner quite a good hand and still need spades 33 to make nine tricks.
Walddk
A textbook responsive double. Roland
Winstonm
A textbook responsive double. Roland ditto (I'm wondering how many of the 3N bidders would also make a takeout double of 2H holding: QJxx, x, AQxx, K10xx)
pclayton
Typical responsive x, but I'm leaning closer to pass than 3N.
Flame
I double3NT need extra from partner which is he isnt likely to have.Pass is intreting but its probebly wrong with none vul mp.
han
Err... This hand is different from the other one in that they can't run ♥ without losing the lead. I go for it. 3NT. It is also different from the other one in that you really don't expect to have 9 top tricks once they get rid of your single heart stopper. ewj
I'm a dbl fan here....despite having a heart stop and despite bidding 3NT on the similar hand where "stop" was Q9x...
Edmunte1
I see 3 possible choices1) 3NT - unilateral. Partner needs a good hand for this to make, otherwise we'll be in the wrong column. My mark is 52) dbl - we can miss 3nt sometimes (but 3nt by part or 3♠-3nt is possible). Also partner may sit and opps could make (the ♥K could be worthless). But still this is the call with the biggest probability of success. I'll give it a 9.3) pass - chicken, partner will never play you for such a good hand, tghough can be the last chance for a plus score. My mark is 4. SoTired
Dbl - showing the minors. (if I had 4♠, i would just bid 3S). If opener bids 3S over the dbl, I would assume opener had a good hand with a weak 5-card spade suit.
skjaeran
I'd make a responsive double. In my style that shows a balanced hand without 4c♠ and 5cm.
gwnn
Let's throw the dead goat into pd's garden. X.

skjaeran
A textbook responsive double. Roland ditto (I'm wondering how many of the 3N bidders would also make a takeout double of 2H holding: QJxx, x, AQxx, K10xx) Probably all of them.....
helene_t
Dbl, but partner may bid 4m when 3N (in my hand) is right. I think dbl is the percentage option but it might depend on opps' style.
