ArtK78 Posted July 27, 2007 Report Share Posted July 27, 2007 The best score I ever had in a game that mattered was 72% in the second session of a Flight A Regional Open Pairs. In the first session, my partner and I were having a miserable game. In the last three rounds, we scored about 85% to get back to over average - about 51%. At the break, a list of the top 60 scores in the event was posted. We were not on it. In the evening session, everything went right. On the last hand, an opponent bid 7NT needing to find a queen. Needless to say, she was unsuccessful. Our 72% score in the evening session gave us the event by 1 1/2 boards. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
