Guest Jlall
25 cents a point... I'm guessing you don't mean that in the american sense :) If my partner is gib I'd just try 6H.

I would be afraid of GIB raising with two kings, I have seen that happen, but I suppose you know GIB better than me.

Notice the "0.25", as in, quarter cent per point :)

goobers
Dude, according to Verizon, they're the same thing anyway! .25 cents = $.
asc
this is for GIB Discussion :) .But i think You tried 3S and next 6H (I would). Next time You can try 6H/S opening and it would be interesting what GIB think it is?
jdonn
Any votes on how to bid this playing with a person, not GIB? I like 4nt specific ace blackwood, bidding 6♥ or 7♥ depending on the answer. Seems very (albeit not completely) accurate and I'm not sure anything else is better. Something like 1♠ then 6♥ will either miss a grand opposite diamond ace, or get to one opposite club ace, you can't have it both ways. pclayton
Another idea is to try 2♣ - 2♦ - 3♥ if its a demand bid (it isn't for me) and see if that fetches the ♦A.
