I normally like to play all new suits at 2nd level NF, Leb+new suit lower than opps suit as NF. Cue-bid stayman + all other GF. But - after the given sequence - my partner actually wanted to show 4 card spade, thus a negative dbl. Is this standard when nothing else is agreed in sayc/sa/wbs?
