I have certainly not opened the mail. I reported it unopened as spam - my message here is to report warning others of this phising attack. It is very dangerous to open such kind of mails. - I think it will be right of BBO to send a warning on BBO. I assume many have received this mail. Someone sent an email (with a virus) to support@bridgebase.com and said that the sender was 'csdenmark@wherever'. So the ticket system sent out a routine confirmation in plain text -- asking if you sent it, and if you did, to reply to the confirmation email to prove it. Just ignore it.
