This is difficult in vaccum. I usually use whatever read I have on the opponents to solve these types of problems at the table.

 

If I was really not sure then I would lead partner's suit.

I can't really make a lead without an auction. There's always inferences to be drawn, both from calls made and not. Even a ♦ lead might be an option, but here I can't tell.

Jilly, everyone would be glad to help but this comment makes it a non-problem and non-answerable.

 

Better not to post a hand and simply ask: against 3NT, do you always lead your partner's overcalled suit? My answer: no, not always.
