Only if playing a weak 1NT and forcing freebids, it's a problem. I think I would bid 2♥ then. Maybe it depends on the agreed meaning of1♣-(1♠)-X-(pass)2♦*If 2♦ shows a full reverse (or something close to it), X is safe.
