jolara
I have a big problem. I crash every day. I play in tourney, open tables and paying tourneys. The crash happens after 5 minuts or 1 hour. After I need sometimes 10 minuts to come back. I have ADSL and my neighbours never crash. This used to happen already before the new version. Can you help? I unistalled and reinstalled BBO twice, but no change. Thanks so much, Jolara (same name on BBO)
uday
What do you mean by crash? 1. You get disconnected from BBO and have to reconnect, but BBO is still runningor2. BBO terminates with an error message like "NetbridgeVu has performed an illegal operation at blah.dll:191663123 " and you have to restart BBO

Al_U_Card
Hi Uday. Today, I started to play around 4:30 and got an aol disconnect. I can navigate the site but when I sit at a table I can play for 1 second up to about 5 minutes and then my ISP disconnects. There is no trouble if I don't start to play. (There is no error message, just the popup about making sure I am connected to the internet.) I am performing a virus sweep to see if there is anything on the computer. jolara
Hi Uday! I lost my connection to BBO when they sit me at a table, never before. It can be during the first hand or nearly at the hand of the tourney. I'm loosing a lot of monney as when I manage to come back - if I do - the took my place in the tourney. As I practily always play in paying tourneys, it's very frustating. Thanks for your help
