Assuming we are playing un vs un, then 4S is weak. But some players might bid 4S with a good hand and 4s, anyway, putting pressure on advancer. Except for the club void, opener has EXACTLY a min 1S opening bid. No extra spades, no extra strength, no 2nd suit. Is the club void enough of "unusual distribution" to allow us to make a unilateral decision. NO. We are in the dark about responder's hand, but responder has a general idea of what our hand looks like.
