There ought to be members of it right here on the forums, but it's a bit hard if we don't know which one it is. Most private clubs have registration possibilities inside the BBO interface (play bridge->Private Clubs->(select the club)->Click here if you want to be a member... Yet other clubs have forms on the WWW. Otherwise, there are some tourneys that require only your BBO to be set to Spanish (restriction: Language).
