I'm surprised that nobody realized that the top spot is actually 7♠ which only requiers no worse than 4-2 in the trump suit and no voids in another side suit

If I have the right singleton with 5-5 for example, I don't need much for 4♦.

Game has play (and is sometimes even cold) opposite many minimum take-out doubles.

Note that slam in either major is a lay down opposite the actual south hand. This says to me that doubler should properly rebid 5♦ with the intention of driving to slam unless something drastic intervenes.
