Can 3N be made? (I really dont know, but I think you have chances.) Opening lead is the spade Q, take it from here.
Guest Jlall
Well on the SQ lead south does well to duck. West can then shift to a club, which south again does well to duck. If a club is continued declarer can win and play a spade. West wins and plays a club, declarer pitches a heart from hand. Declarer can then finesse a diamond and cash his spade pitching a heart from dummy, squeezing RHO out of a heart. Then declarer can duck a heart to east. West can stop the squeeze by ducking the spade avoiding rectifying the count. Then declarer plays king of hearts, cash a club pitching a spade from hand, 9 of hearts. East covers, declarer wins and plays off 4 rounds of diamonds endplaying east into giving up a heart trick. So maybe west SHOULDN't have shifted to a club... If he plays ace and a spade east is squeezed at trick 3 (if he pitches a club the same endplay happens). If west plays a low spade at trick 3... declarer can not duck a club into east as west can split. No squeeze or endplay will operate now on east. So I *think* that queen of spades low spade would set this but maybe running it through deep finesse will give you a better analysis :)

Guest Jlall
ok i've thought about it more, I think declarer can make again. he kinda can make a strange avoidance play on east because of the club spots. after SQ low spade, win, heart king, diamond to jack, diamond to king, club. If east DUCKS you win and play diamond diamond putting east in. If he plays the CQ now you duck, if he plays a club you win and play a club. If east had popped queen when you led one you duck, which kind of blocks the hand. But then you win the diamond, cash your club, exit a diamond. East is heart/club tight and you can force an entry back to dummy with the 98 of hearts. If east plays a club you win in dummy and lead the 9 of hearts DUCKING it. East now has J7 of hearts and you have Ax and 8x in dummy for the 9th trick. This hand is really fun... anyways I don't think the defense can counter that line. If you reversed the club 6 and the club 5 they could though.
cherdano
I wonder whether I should put "Honor leads from AQTxxx against NT with no side entries suck" in my signature.
Free
GIB says you can. What a ridiculous lead! A small ♠ lead defeats this contract with ease... You have to duck the opening lead, and then it doesn't matter what West plays. Didn't want to check further, but I think you can strip East from his black cards and endplay him. Yes on both counts (the lead and the play). :)
