glen
Today I put a player into enemy status (I don't have many like this, but it happens - he invited me to report him to the TD*, but I would sooner just not converse with him any more than I have to and leave it at that). I'm wondering if his inability to now send me private messages could pose a problem in a subsequent tourney. Could he question me about a bid via a private message, and then never receive a reply, holding up the tourney or resulting in confusion? * proper action I believe is to report to abuse, if I was to report it
inquiry
I have a lot of people on my enemy list, for a variety of reason (great major ARE NOT ENEMIES). I simply choose NOT to ignore chat from enemies. If one of them was being obnoxious, i could turn ignore on for 10 to 15 minutes I guess. But I would worry about missing explainations in a tournament (maybe you should turn ignore chat off when at table with him DURING bidding.. .then turn it back on). jikl
I have ignore chat off just in case I accidentally sub one into one of my Tournies, also if one I don't remember why they became an enemy because they can't join a Tourney and they ask me then I can un-enemy them. Some of these people go back over 2 years. :P Sean PS: It is easy to ignore chat with your brain rather than software.
