keylime
At work, my colleague has issued the "anti-resolution", i.e. the logic being that aiming low will entitle him to large success.
pclayton
I am going to reduce smoking step by step, oh dear it will be a hard fight! :) My opponent (devil in me) has a huge carry over in this match! Robert My mom died of lung cancer. Great job in making the decision to give up tobacco. Here's mine: 1) No sugar or flour until I lose 17 #'s. 2) Get up every morning by 6:30 (even when I play IRL the night before) Lets check back after January and see how everyone's doing. :) OK - time to check in; its February......... I've lost 7 pounds so far, and am at my 2001 weight. Didn't have a single slice of bread during January, but had a few products. Had a little sugar last weekend since we went to a great tasting lunch and had a small dinner party. Waking up is still a problem LOL. I'll work on that more in February, but it doesn't seem to have that much of an impact on my energy, or my productivity, or anything else for that matter. I'm wondering how important it really is. We've been mountain biking 2x / week on average and love it. My stamina and energy are the best they've been in 5 years.

I've reduced my alcohol intake, simply by switching from whisky (40) to vodka (37.5). Next month, Martini. Geoff
