viewing lobby chat and receiving chat help

Right click on your own name. A menu will appear. You will see "ignore lobby chat" in this menu with a checkmark beside it. This means that this setting is turned on. Click this command and the setting will be turned off. You will see that if you right click on your own name again the checkmark will be gone.

 

I suspect that you will want to not want to see lobby chat for long. Use the same procedure to turn "ignore lobby chat" on again.

Janice, for future reference, this forum is not intended for questions about normal BBO use. The proper place for this thread is in the BBO Support Forum. This forum is for questions about BridgeBase products other than BBO (although it also has unofficially become the place to discuss running BBO in unusual environments like Linux and Mac OS, to avoid cluttering the main forum with these discussions that aren't relevant to most BBO users).
