bglover Posted January 16, 2004 Report Share Posted January 16, 2004 Since you seem to know something about this... I have a husband/wife pair who use a cable modem and a router to share connection. When they both are online, both are extremely slow. Not nearly as bad when only one is using the connection. They keep asking me for help and I really don't know what to tell them. The only other thing I know is that they use a firewall as well as the router. Don't know if this is affecting anything. Any help would be appreciated.
