Color of cards at table

My cards at the table are always black and have always been black. Now people tell me the H and d should be red. :)

I do see blue, green and yellow at various parts of the table but the cards and bids have always been in black. It is my computer or what? How can I try and fix this? Not sure any part of bbo shows up in red for me, should it?

Yes the hearts and diamonds are supposed to be red. I have never heard of anyone seeing these suits as black before.

What version of Windows are you using?

What is your screen resolution?

Any chance you can send me a screen capture (fred@bridgebase.com)?

windows xp I think.

I do not know how to do a screen shot? When I kibitz it does not let me click on anything.

It seems my monitor should be able to see the red color but I am not sure if it does or if it is configured correctly or how to test for it. :)

Any help is appreciated, I keep messing up spades and hearts :)

Try this:

When you get the screen into a state that you want to capture, hold down the ALT key on your keyboard and press the Print Screen key (it may be abbreviated as Prt Scr or similar). Let go of both keys.

Then go into your favorite word processor (Microsoft Word for example) and select the Paste command on the Edit menu. A picture of your BBO window should then appear in the document. Save the file and send it to me as an e-mail attachment.
