sdoty
I like the new color scheme, but I find it hard to read the names of neutral players who are on brb because there isn't enough of a contrast. I tried putting the text back to gray and it's much more readable (I also tried white but it doesn't show up well for brb yellows). Just a thought. sybarra
I am not a fan (putting it mildly) of the new color scheme. It may have been thought up by a "designer" but obviously one that has never played cards. (Whoever played on the light green table??) The biggest problem I see is that while the colors are "softer" those that are color blind will not be able to distinguish some of the colors--especially in the chat lines or in the on the listing of players. I chose to go back to orginal colors as soon as my one hour trial had expired! (At least the 1 hour expired before I did!) ;)
Free
Overall it's fine (not great, not poor, just fine), but the chat colors are completely reversed! Private chat was blue and public chat was green. Now it's the other way around and I bet it will be confusing for many users. I find it confusing for one, and perhaps I would get used to it, but it's annoying... :( I know I can change this - done - but I wanted to share my experiences with the new colors. barmar
Well, I like the changes that were just made in 4.9.8. The team game color contrast is great, and the new yellow color for the player whose turn it is to bid/play works for me, too. I'm still not crazy about the color of the player names in the chat area, but it's an improvement over 4.9.7.
