david_c
Are the cards actually smaller in the new version, or are they just spaced differently?
Rain
They look wider to me too (shorter is probably an optical illusion) Changed from elvish looking to dwarvish looking. :>
fred
Spaced differently, but only in wide mode. People have been complaining for years that the cards are too close together. Now, if there is room on the screen, they are further apart. Fred GitelmanBridge Base Inc.www.bridgebase.com
1eyedjack
Re your post elsewhere athttp://forums.bridgebase.com/index.php?sho...ndpost&p=159047 I also have found on occasion that downloading the upgrade.exe file fails the crc check. But then I repeat the process and it downloads ok. Sounds like an internet thingy. Anyway, tiny point re. current version: If you float the mouse over the name of a player who is playing in the "Relaxed" club it says he is playing in the "Friendly" club. I don't really care what you call it but you may prefer to be consistent.
david_c
Ah right. Thanks Fred  Hmm, I just tried switching out of wide mode to look at this. It seems that if you use the options menu to do this then the chat pane disappears, but if you use Ctrl+W instead then it doesn't. Is that supposed to happen? It sounds like you have found the first bug in Release Candidate #1 (which had a life span of less than 1 hour). :) Fred GitelmanBridge Base Inc.www.bridgebase.com
