whereagles
3♠. Usually this shows fit + side suit, but I intend to follow with 4♥. Hopefully pard will get the message. HOPEFULLY B) In any case I don't think I'll score well if I pass this, so I think some action is required.
Guest Jlall
pass again, patting myself on the back for my brilliant pass in first seat. I am able to stay low on this deal. I think this pass is really automatic, partner has shown a weak hand with clubs, where are you going? Sure you could find some magic fit but you could also just go to the stratosphere with no fit and no HCP.

Gerben42
Pass - I am weak, partner is weak, we are not doubled, can I be happier?

Well, since echo posted this, partner could have a 3325 12-count B) Arend

Echognome
Ok. Seems the majority pass. The auction continues: Pass - (Pass) - 3♣ - (Pass)Pass - (3♦) - Pass - (3NT)? Anything now?

Well, I've been in situations like this a couple of times (long 2 suiter vs pard pree). What I observed is this: in practice, pard's suit usually isn't as good as one hopes for and it's not that unusual that a 6-3 fit is available elsewhere. I agree this makes more sense at matchpoints, though.

whereagles
Well, now I pass as well. Opps had all the time they needed to exchange information. To try for a major save now has become too risky.
mikeh
Surely bidding 3♠ now (or 3♥) would/should be interpreted by partner as showing a goodish/longish suit, not suited for a preemptive opening, with a real ♣ fit? Maybe AQxxx xxxx x KJx..... in case partner held Kxx x xx AQxxxxx Partner is in 3rd seat and so has the widest range of values for 3♣. I passed the first time and I cannot imagine bidding here. The good news is that it is extremely unlikely that LHO is about to balance with a double. If he does, 3♣ may be bloody, but I'm going to have to stick it out, since a reopening double will almost certainly convey 4=4 in the majors. It might be best to bid 3♦ and redouble: but then partner with 1=1=4=7 would probably leave it in out of spite :)

I'd expect a 4450 to be best off sticking out 3♣ doubled.
mikeh
Pass and lead a ♣. Oh Okay, since I don't have any, I'll lead the other black suit: the 10♠. Maybe the J is doubleton and partner holds the non-stiff Q....or Ax or...... anyway, a ♠ seems far, far better than a ♥.
Guest Jlall
Pass again for the same reasons that I passed over 3C.
the hog
Have to pass 3C now. Any bid will clearly be construed as a fit. Seems like I made a good decision to pass initially.
HeartA
If I had passed initially, I would have to pass again and again.
keylime
Pass. Don't rescue DOP. I lead the T♠.
