bglover
Since I ban all enemies from further participation in future tourneys, I have had to revise my enemy list quite a bit. Basically, anyone who I don't like as a person/player but who otherwise has never behaved badly in a tourney I have had to change from an enemy to a neutral. This means my enemy list now exists for the sole purpose of banning people from tourneys and not to remind me that I don't like playing with such-and-such because his game isn't so hot. I will never remember everyone i changed back to neutral, altho I did make notes in the box that this person was a former enemy. Life would be much simpler if another checkbox was added for "Make Enemy for Tourneys." This way I could allow the people I personally don't like playing with to play in my tourneys while remembering I don't want to play with them personally. inquiry
Simple solution steve... Create a new logon to run your tournments. Something like, 2over1D (d for director). With this logon, list all the bad actors in your tournments. Only set up and run tournment with that log on. For your own on-line gaming enjoyment, logon as yourself, and use your normal enemy list, marking people anyway you want. Ben
uday
The next version of the client allows you to specify a (tourney) exclusion list from a file on your PC; you will be able to use this file to track "tourney enemies" and use the "real" enemy function for something else. Not clear when it is coming out, though .We're hoping for at least a limited rlse at the end of next week but it might be a bit longer than that
Gweny
8) Maybe you consider give us Tournament report thing? Trpltrbl
;D I agree with Gweny. I am a new director and my biggest problem seems to be players who after 2 or 3 hands see, or think, they have a bad score and they leave having me or my other directors scrambling to find subs, who in all reality have no chance of winning. So a list wud help, even tho sometimes they have a good reason to leave, but repeat offenders get put in list and maybe be shared with all directors.
