Some time saving suggestions

I have a few time saving suggestions that I have made in the distant past but wanted to request again.

 

First I am wondering how difficult it would be to attach a convention card to a profile. I load my convention card every time I play with my regular partner - sometimes we start 4 or 5 tables a day and I have to remember to load it each time. I would like the option to load it once and have it stay with my profile until I replace it.

 

Also, I would like for BBO's desktop layout to be "remembered" by my computer. Unlike some users, I don't have BBO take up the entire desktop. When I open a table I always open the chat box and move it under the main BBO window so I can see what has been said while I am typing. How difficult would it be to program BBO so that the placement of that chat box is remembered when I log off and on again? It is already remembered if I change tables without logging out, can it be taken to the next step?

 

My final request is probably the most time saving but also the most difficult to implement. Can we get some sort of "autotext" function so that we can store repetitive comments and not have to type them each time? Every time new opps come to my table I greet them, I tell them that my convention card is posted, I ask them to look at my stats, and I tell them that they can feel free to discuss bids they don't understand with pick-up partners. I would like to be able to create a stock of 5-10 phrases stored on BBO to pick from so I don't have to retype every time.

For this one you could always use some scripting - I use OKScript for standard messages sent to tournaments.

you can open a note pad file and use alt and tab to cut and paste, it is not what you want but quicker than typing all the time, util BBO get a function like that running

I don't find OKScript to be very user friendly. I do, of course, use cut and paste to make the process a little shorter but a built in scripting program would make things much easier.
