If you really really really want to bid this poor ♥ suit, just bid 2♥... 3♥ should show more ♠ support. 2: Depends on what you do after 2♣ overcall. Using lebensohl can show an invite hand now, while 2♥ is natural and NF. However, if you play system on (Dbl = stayman, rest is like no intervention) it looks like a ♥ transfer to me.
