Miron
Individuals only! Hi, I'm not sure whether I substitude right. Please comment my method. Thanks all for any post: 1. Player is red -> sub immediately2. Player is red dot -> sub immediately when in hurry OR ask "are you here?", wait 10-20sec, sub3. opps complain, that player is not bidding -> ask "are you here?", wait 10-20sec, sub The problem is that one player complained for substituding. It was point 3, i waited about 15 sec and sub him, after i click substitude, he replied... Is this just pity, or I'm doing something wrong? jillybean
Your methods sound fine :) In indys I sub quickly and freely, there is little point in waiting. If a player returns and complains, I apologize and tell them I will put them back in as the next sub needed. You can offer to refund their fee’s. If a subbed player starts being offensive take and screen shot and sent them off to abuse. jb
Gerardo
As I comment elsewhere, that's matter of policy. ANY policy is fine. Just make it clear to all, and stick to it.
Miron
As I comment elsewhere, that's matter of policy. ANY policy is fine. Just make it clear to all, and stick to it. I understand it. I am asking whether my policy is reasonable, I am asking TDs for their opinion. I can have any policy, but some are more comfortable to others... jikl
That policy is fine Miron. Sometimes you will find that someone had to reset their internet connection or something, so items 2 and 3 should always be done at the table in question.
