With kind regardsMarlowe Well 2♥ shows six. I had south choose it since the suit is so good, but honor doubleton is easily good enough to support. If I had the 'death' 2524 hand with no diamond stopper (like this minus a heart honor), I would bid 2♠. I tend to raise with three, and support on the third round with a doubleton with no reservations. It's true I chose an auction were every makes the right views, but it seems realistic enough.
