question for both hands as responder:

whats the corect biding to show that you have 5/5 majors after your pard open nt?

Usually, with a 55 major opposite 1NT you either sign-off or bid game.

 

So in hand 1 transfer to spades and follow up with 4♥. Hand 2 can do the same, or just sign-off in the better major (in this case spades) if pard doesn't superaccept.
