Assuming the diamonds can be brought in, either a spade Q with E or a 3-3 spade split will bring in 3+2+5+2 tricks. If the spade Q is with W and the spade suit is 4-2 there is still an unlikely squeeze (again assuming diamonds run). As to the diamonds, besides the 3-2 or 2-3 king onside there is also the singleton ten with E. Or the diamonds might be 5-0, so you will know to run the 9 on the second round, bringing in 4 diamond tricks and then perhaps a squeeze (although the double squeeze centered on hearts can be killed by an opening heart lead and a heart continuation after the spade is lost).
