kicking opps

Surely this had been discussed several times, but I cannnot find it, so here is my question:

You play with and against pick up partners. You give the announcement: Advanced only (Or experts or whatever).

Now, after a few boards, you get to know, that you have two good players at your table and a real bad one.

Up to now, I let anybody play and sooner or later, the gifted opponent will leave and the novice will stay. The next advandced player arrives, some boards, same result: bye bye.

I would very much prefer, if the novice had been able to see, that he/she does not fit to this table. But this never happens.

So what to do? Sit and be gentle? Leave the table yourself? Just kick the beginner? Talk to him/her?

Other ideas?

I have stated at a few tables, (usually when thereare not many about at a particular time of day) I am no expert and if I am not good enough, ask me to leave no offence will be taken.

I have asked people to leave because I dont like their behaviour or something and most do, with out a fight or a slanging match.

I think it is the hosts responsibility to make the call, if you are good enough to judge someone not to be the skill level you have advertised at your table, YOU should ask them to leave and possibly message privately the opp to inform them of your actions, if you wish to keep them at your table
