Let say your pd open 1♦, bidding goes 1♦, (1♠), 2♣ by you would be forcing 1 round and pd would take that?

1♦, (1♠), X, (Pass), 2♦, (Pass), 2♥,

Pd would understand you hold 5 times hearts, sth like 3514 with 8-10 points, and that 2♥ is non-forcing?

Yes I understand I should probably pass. But just so happen I would like to bid again with 2♥, would pd take that?

I think 6-9 with 6♥ more typical.

Why not start with 2♥ over 1♠?

To the best of my knowledge, negative free bids are not the norm in either SAYC or 2/1. New suit by responder is (almost) always forcing.

A new suit by an unpassed hand in abcland is 100% forcing...if it can be passed then it is alertable.

When making a pickup partnership people waste a lot of time for if michael's show 5-5, 4-5, if (1♣)-2♣ is nat, what strenght, do we play lebensohl or rubensohl, I remember someone telling me 3 codified rounds of bidding after a very specific sequencewich of course would never happen.

 

I ask about blackwood and 2 secuences:

 

1♠-(2♣)-2♥

 

and

 

(1♣)-1NT-(ps)-2♥
