dds82
It's very frustrating when I'm playing a hand and the table host loses their internet connection. Since nobody can remove the host from the table, we can't continue until the servers realize that he's not there anymore. What about a system where, if the servers detect that the table host has lost connection, a "Remove" button appears next to his seat? If all 3 of the other players at the table click it before he reconnects to BBO, he is removed from the table.
uday
I believe the servers realize he is not there in about a minute. I could make it more aggressive but I'm unsure that it is safe. Interesting REMOVE idea.
csdenmark
It happens from time to time. Very frustrating. There are not so many postings about this problem because when you are host yourself you cannot see you are disconnected or maybe just in your way out. Only the three others have a chance to see and they can do nothing. I will welcome a solution to this.
kgr
I similar idea could be used in case the host leaves the table by cliccking on his seat. He then becomes a kibitzer. This is a problem if he does this without knowing and leaves his computer afterwards because he remains tthe host and you can not allow new players.
