Table with permission required closing

I was host of a table where players require permission to play. When we play the last hand a player has left first before the hand finish.

 

The join table keeps on poping up for player would like to take up the vacant seat. I dont even have time to change table settings. And the player permission table must be answered before other things.

 

Other than accepting one player (but table is closing) could an option be made to auto reject all without windows popping up?
