You are red vs white in 4th seat, and hold AK8 AJ985 AT4 95. Your RHO opens 2 in 3rd seat, and you (unwisely) overcall 2N. Doesn't matter this time, partner saves you with stayman and raises 3 to 4. Finally, LHO bids 4, which partner doubles.

You lead A (do you?) and this is what you see:

[hv=d=w&v=n&w=s94h74dq8765ckq76&s=sak8haj98xdatxcxx]266|200|Scoring: IMP[/hv]

A-4-5-2.

While you lead, LHO says "Sorry, didn't think we were playing Muiderberg". RHO doesn't quite reply, but it is pretty obvious that 2 was intended as weak 2, probably with 5-4 or 5-5 shape. (It was a pickup partnership, I think.)

Plan your defense. Apart from you, everyone at the table is an expert. You haven't talked much about signals with partner (except udca).

Well if declarer has 4 clubs, then partner is 3433 shape and probably would have just raised 2N to 3N. So its much more likely that partner is 3415 and declarer has diamonds. DA and then DT. If partner is in fact 3433 he will initially think declarer is 5314 until the second diamond trick, but then after it will know the whole hand, so we can't butcher the defense too badly like this. (Although I would have led the SK initially so partner knows what is going on in trumps...)
