The second one, possible, but probably not. The other three, no. I expect partner to usually take action with 16+ hcp in direct seat. The only exception is a huge stack of spades. With doubleton spade, this is unlikely. I see no reason to push opponents into a better strain by bidding 2♣ on a hand where they likely have the majority of values and I have only a weakish 5-card suit.
