Free Posted January 30, 2006 Report Share Posted January 30, 2006 I wanted to copy a lot of bidding sequences today, but these were all +2 steps. I tried to change some stuff (like minimum nr of cards is necessary when NT becomes ♦, but has to be deleted when ♥ becomes NT) but I keep getting errors while loading the file. I probably forgot some bids, but there is NO reference of where the problem is exactly! ;) Would it be possible to mention the number of the line which causes problems instead of just "Error opening file."? It would make editing with notepad a lot easier for copying lots of stuff when you get an error message like "Error opening file at line 57."! csdenmark Posted January 30, 2006 Report Share Posted January 30, 2006 I am not exactly sure what is referred to here. But copy paste in ordinary editor is no problem. Then simple to delete unwanted sequences in FD. Copy a tree structure in FD from system 'A' and then try to paste that structure opening system 'B' in order to paste into that I get an error message which Windows asks me to report to Microsoft. Then FD application shuts down as normally done after all kind of severe errors in software. Looks like a smaller bug of little importance I think. Today I needed so and got confused as I made a complete download from WEB-site. The version I downloaded was from before the VULN bug was fixed. It was just a little message that probably there is a problem about loading cards. The other thing I wanted to say is that BBO download sites has an older version uploaded.
