Trumpace
You are in 4H in the following:[hv=n=saj43h9765djt2ck3&s=sk765hkqjt3dkc742]133|200|Lead ♠T[/hv] You are in 4H after this bidding: (South dealer) 1H-2C-2H-P-2S-P-4H-PPP West leads the ♠T. You win with the A and immediately lead the ♦J. The ♦K wins! Now you play ♥K, which west wins. He next wins the ♣A and leads a low club. Now what, you lucky dog? han
Pull trump (ending in dummy) and lead forward the spade jack, If west started with 109 doubleton you score an overtrick. You risk the contract if west has lead from Q109x, but that seems impossible. If your opponents have no clue then you might lead a spade to the 8 instead, to guarantee the contract. The spade spots weren't that good. Have modified the original post.
cnszsun
If East has ♠Q982, it seems you have to rely on endplaying East.Ruff a ♦, cash two top trumps, if trump break is 2-2 you are home: ruff ♣, ruff ♦, play small ♠ to East, he has to give you a trick.
