Dwingo
With no help available under "HELP" key for CONV button, I seek your help to understand the followig under Full Disclosure CC. This a 2 part question. 1. While editting or creating a FD CC, Under Dealer, you have the following pull down options: Any, 1, 2, 3, 4, 1 or 2, 3 or 4. What do these denote? Is this 1st seat , 2nd seat etc.? 2. Next to the bids, there is a Square divided into 4 segments by an "X", with or without dots in these segments. How do these dots correspond/correlate with the above 1,2,3,4. I am not able to figure out. Thanks Godwin
MickyB
1. Yes 2. Bottom = 1st seat, and it goes anti-clockwise.
Dwingo
Thanks MickyB. Some more doubts. Lets say I want to input 4th seat 2H and 2S as opening hand 11-15 good 6 card M and and in all other 3 position, it has the standard weak 2 meaning, how do I input this? 1) Select Dealer "Any" and input meaning for 2H and 2S as Weak 2. Make another entry with Dealer 4 and Input this as opening hand 11-15 good 6 card M. Will the 2nd entry override the 1st entry so that Dealer 1,2,3 will have weak 2 meaning and Dealer 4 will have opening hand meaning. or 2) Since Dealer 1.2.3 cannot be select at a time, do I have to make 3 separate entriesi) Select Dealer 1 or 2 - Weak 2ii) Select Dealer 3 - Weak 2iii) Select Dealer 4 - opening hand 11-15 good 6 card M Thanks Godwin
MickyB
The latter method works for the opening, but I've had some problems with getting the continuations (if you want them to be the same/similar) to still appear for the exception. What does Constructive mean under Settings Menu? Thanks Godwin
csdenmark
Disable 'constructive' means you will be able to enter interference handle. If 'constructive' is enabled all bids assumes opps. to 'pass'

Enter your 2H and 2S opening bid and complete the all the follow up sequences B - Create a 3rd seat 2H and 2S opening bids. C- go to the 1 and 2nd 2H opening bid, copy the responding tree D- go back to the 3rd position opening bid, paste the 2H responding tree (but note, some of your responses might change after a third seat opening, since dealer is limited). E - repeate C and D but for 2S opening bid F - now create your 4th seat 2S opening bid. While this creates three 2H opening bids and three 2S opening bids in your FD file, it only shows the approriate one to your opponents, making your FD no more complicated for them than a system with only one. Dwingo
Thanks Ben. Hope Fred reads this and includes an option for Dealer 1 or 2 or 3 in the next release. Godwin
inquiry
Thanks Ben. Hope Fred reads this and includes an option for Dealer 1 or 2 or 3 in the next release. Godwin Probably is not necessary, since responses after third seat opening to pretty much all bids are changed somewhat... it is probably best if you are going to be this particular to make some changes to your responses (like drury) and go this 1/2 and 3/4 or the more slow, 1/2 then 3 and 4. I have it even furhter divided. I open 14-16 1NT in all 1st and 2nd, and in 3rd not vul. I open 15-17 in 4th seat and in 3rd vul. So I have two different 3rd seat ranges, and an exclusive range in 4th suit. Thank goodness for copy and paste. Ben

Thanks Godwin Prefer dealer 1 as North in Top position and dealer 2 as east in right position, dealer 3 as south in bottom position, dealer 4 as west position. This is the way card is dealt and also playing of the card goes in clockwise direction. If Dealer 1 is chosen in bottom postion as per the program, movement of the little square in checked box should move in the clockwise direction.Presently, in the program it moves in anti clockwise direction.May be it is too late to change in the program. Another question? How to activate the block says Qualify? What ever typed in Qualify box comes in Blue color TEXT, which is neat. Not clear to get the qualify box activated.
