Aberlour10 Posted January 19, 2006 Report Share Posted January 19, 2006 Hi, my BBO bridge partner has a following problem with the BBo software:after upgrading it to ver. 4.5.7. the nicknames in her friends listare not displayed "as a friends" in the lobby. If she added a newfriends, they are not displayed too. She uninstalled the client,installed it completely new, but it didn't help.(she has only a small number of names in her list) what to do? uday Posted January 19, 2006 Report Share Posted January 19, 2006 What is almost certainly happening is that the client is applying filters, and not showing friends. The simplest way to fix this is to login, then left click your username to show your profile. In the profile, clear the 'Remember filter settings' option. Exit BBO, login again.
