easy Posted October 6, 2003 Report Share Posted October 6, 2003 Today when playing using version 3.4.12 our dummy left during the play of the announced last hand. The table was set to players must request permission to sit. i rejected the first request to sit by simply rejecting the player. The next request i used the "close and reject all" button. I still received many requests to sit and could hardly finish the hand since you cant play when the player request screen is up. What is the function of the "close and reject all " button? The function is to close the window and to rejectall of the people currently in the list that appearsin the window. The only ways to prevent further requests to sitis to make the table invisible or to reserve theempty seat for someone (reserving it for a userID that does not exist is a good idea if you aregoing to try this). Are you sure what yousaw isn't just a case of a person not being very goodat accepting rejection? :) I have tried to replicate the condition that you describebut so far I have been unable to do so. I decided it was an automated message because : 1)Someone else was in that seat by the time that person asked for permission. So he shouldn't be able to ask for permission. (No seat to click) 2) The pop up messages occured at fairly regular intervals. I think it was about 5-10 seconds. Perhaps it needed to be simultaneous?
